Let it snow London.
This winter was cold in London. We had some really cold weeks and snow was frequently a possibility on the forecast. Some places, in North London mostly, where covered with snow in a cold December day, but other than that, central London wasn’t affected at all.
Last week although it was snowing in London but I didn’t expect the city to be covered with snow. Until one day…
I woke up at 7:30 in the morning and when I looked outside from my window, everything was covered with snow! It was amazing! Everything was clean white! I was so excited!!
But this didn’t last for long as I had a million things to do and I was worried whether I could be on time to my meetings,, what clothes to wear (All I wanted to do was to wear was some ski clothes and play with the snow!)
Anyway, I decided to wear my heavy boots and my down coat and carry my kitten hills in a seperate bag. I left my apartment earlier so that I make sure i will be on time. I loved the sensaton of leaving my foot prints to the fresh snow. Until I reached the bus stop… the main roads were all snow free so the transportation wasn’t that bad for the day being.
In the end, everything worked fine, and I managed to be on time in two different places of the city. As a reward for myself, I decided to take some pictures of the snowy London:
One thing I regretted: didn’t build a snowman, didn’t have a snow-fight!
Until next time ♥
